RebelRoam provides onboard Wi-Fi solutions and connectivity services for passenger transportation companies, serving 4+ million monthly travelers. Founded in 2015 by four Estonian IT, electronics manufacturing, and telecommunications executives, the company has expanded from basic Wi-Fi provisioning to advanced traffic optimization with solutions for cruise lines, bus lines, and tour operators across Europe and North America.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team and manage technical relationships with major transportation clients including bus, train, and cruise companies. The position offers flexibility to work remotely, from the office, or travel to customer sites across different countries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary technical liaison between company and customers on technical matters
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction
• Lead technical review sessions and provide recommendations
• Deliver product training to customers
• Document customer requirements and infrastructure needs
• Recommend optimal service implementation approaches
• Support sales efforts in securing new business

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years as a technical account manager
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field experience
• Expertise in LAN/WAN network routing and configuration
• Proficiency with OpenWRT, Mikrotik RutOS, QoS, Peplink, and Linux
• Configuration knowledge of DHCP, DNS, TCP, UDP, and VPN protocols
• Independent work capability
• Fluent English communication (written and verbal)
• Sales/pre-sales experience preferred
• Willingness to travel as needed
