- Own the logging domain end-to-end: ensure logs are captured, structured, and actionable; drive improvements in observability
- Collaborate with developers to confirm issues, apply or suggest hotfixes, and support rapid resolution
- Escalate infrastructure-related findings to the infra team and ensure smooth cross-team handover
- Document investigations and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to provide full traceability of non-conformities
- Monitor software/system performance trends and proactively address potential risks
- Stay informed on industry standards, tools, and best practices that strengthen software reliability
**What we're looking for:**

- 3+ years of experience in software troubleshooting, QA, or sustaining/debug engineering
- Strong skills in log analysis, debugging, and root cause investigation
- Knowledge of C++ (with the ability to read/debug C, Python, and JavaScript)
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently to drive investigations through to resolution
- Willingness to travel internationally for collaboration and project support
**Bonus points for:**
- Experience with software QA or validation frameworks
- Familiarity with NVIDIA DriveOS platform and debugging tools
- Background in system-level debugging and cross-functional problem solving
- Understanding of CAPA processes, risk management, or QMS tools
- Familiarity with GPS/RTK issue debugging
- Knowledge of automotive standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE, etc)
**Why join indiGO?**
- Opportunity to work on the cutting edge of autonomous and electric mobility
- Autonomy to lead investigations and drive solutions
- Join a youthful, multidisciplinary, and international team where every day brings new challenges
- Contribute to the reliability of autonomous EV systems shaping the future of transport
- Modern office in Tartu city center with hybrid work flexibility
