RebelRoam provides onboard Wi-Fi solutions and connectivity services for passenger transportation companies, serving 4+ million monthly travelers. Founded in 2015 by four Estonian IT, electronics manufacturing, and telecommunications executives, the company has expanded from basic Wi-Fi provisioning to advanced traffic optimization with solutions for cruise lines, bus lines, and tour operators across Europe and North America.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to develop relationships with major cruise and bus operators across Europe and North America. The role involves identifying prospects, understanding client needs, and closing deals with enterprise transportation companies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze market trends and develop personalized sales strategies
• Identify and engage key decision-makers at target organizations
• Build customer relationships through consultative selling
• Assess client pain points and customize solution proposals
• Manage contract negotiations with procurement teams
• Collaborate with marketing on sales collateral
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years B2B sales experience
• Strong English communication (written and verbal)
• Independent work capability
• Willingness to travel for trade shows and client visits
• Technology or telecom sector background preferred
