Cachet is an insurance technology company that designs adaptive insurance solutions for platform-based businesses across Europe. Operating in Estonia, Poland, Latvia, and Sweden, we bridge the divide between the platform economy and traditional insurance, providing flexible coverage for ride-sharing platforms, gig work marketplaces, micromobility operators, and car-sharing services.

As Head of Insurance, you will play a key leadership role in expanding and managing our insurance operations across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
• Secure insurance capacity and maintain strong partnerships with insurance carriers across Europe
• Lead our insurance product development and programs, underwriting, and framework agreement negotiations
• Manage our insurance offerings, localization efforts, and support sales teams in tender processes
• Help build and lead our growing Insurance team
• Collaborate closely with the Product team to leverage the advantages of our SaaS and data products
• Ensure compliance with insurance distribution guidelines across Cachet
• You will be part of the Management team, report directly to the CEO

Who You Are:
• You have 5+ years of experience in the insurance sector, with a strong network and proven track record
• You're organized, pragmatic, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• You stay current with market, regulatory, and sector developments, and proactively identify opportunities to strengthen Cachet's offering
• You're hands-on, with experience in building and scaling teams and operations from the ground up
• You're comfortable in a remote-first, cross-border company where processes are evolving and agility is key
• Tools like Slack, Notion, and Zoom are second nature to you
• You're a natural collaborator with excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills
• You're skilled at building and maintaining credible, professional relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners to support growth
