We're ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type 2 certified. **Role Overview** This position focuses on post-sales customer management. You'll onboard new customers to use our products and services quickly and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers. You'll be our first Lithuanian CS representative, potentially conducting local visits and supporting sales for Lithuania-based prospects. **Key Responsibilities** • Onboard new customers to use our products and services quickly • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify upsell opportunities • Collaborate with internal teams on product delivery • Educate customers on new offerings • Oversee contract renewals • Support sales efforts for Lithuania-based prospects **Required Qualifications** • Excellent communicator in English and Lithuanian – both written and spoken • Strong problem-solving abilities • Exceptional organizational skills • Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments **Preferred Experience** • Compliance knowledge in anti-money laundering • Familiarity with banking operations • Experience with data/product development teams **Benefits** • Competitive salary with options package • Remote work flexibility • Support from mission-driven team • Opportunity to combat financial crime **Application Process** Submit resume, 8-minute video response, and written answers to two scenario questions within 5 business days.
