ROLE SUMMARY:
Own and operate Cachet's content engine across formats, channels, and teams. This is a hands-on creative role for a multidisciplinary marketer ready to lead, write, and produce high-quality content that tells our story and supports business goals.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Content Strategy & Ownership:
• Own the Cachet content calendar across blog, web, social, and email
• Ensure alignment with brand tone, positioning, and campaign goals
• Manage production end-to-end from ideation to publishing
• Track and analyze performance across formats and channels (traffic, engagement, SEO)
• Recommend updates or new formats based on trends and performance data
Multi-Format Content Creation:
• Write clear, engaging content: blog posts, landing pages, social copy, emails
• Produce or adapt supporting visuals (e.g. social graphics, one-pagers, decks)
• Collaborate with design or agency partners for higher-quality creative
Support for Campaigns & Brand Awareness:
• Develop content for product launches, PR, partnerships, and conferences
• Support Sales with tailored materials (e.g. decks, case studies, product one-pagers)
• Keep our website content fresh and relevant; liaise with dev/design on updates
REQUIREMENTS:
• 2-6 years of experience in content marketing, communications, or editorial roles
• Excellent writing and editing skills across long- and short-form formats
• Experience managing a content calendar and cross-channel content strategy
• Basic design and visual content skills (e.g. Canva, Figma, templates)
• Familiarity with SEO basics, CMS tools, and performance metrics
• Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally
NICE TO HAVE:
• Experience in fintech, mobility, insurance, or platform-based businesses
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Notion, Google Analytics, or similar tools
• Experience supporting B2B brand or product marketing
• A portfolio of writing samples and light creative work
WORK SETUP:
This is a hybrid role. Our HQ is in Tallinn, where the team works together regularly each week. Remote work is welcome, but we expect monthly in-person collaboration in Tallinn to stay connected and aligned. English is our working language, and EU work authorization is required.
