Lead global repairs and maintenance processes for Bolt's micro-mobility fleet. You'll be responsible for minimizing fleet downtime and ensuring optimal vehicle availability across our scooter and e-bike operations. Key responsibilities: - Manage global maintenance and repair operations - Optimize fleet utilization and minimize downtime - Develop maintenance procedures and quality standards - Coordinate with local operations teams globally - Analyze maintenance data and implement improvements - Manage relationships with maintenance service providers Requirements: - Experience in operations management, preferably in fleet or asset management - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of maintenance operations and logistics - Experience with data analysis and process optimization - Leadership and team management experience - Estonian and English proficiency - Understanding of micro-mobility or transportation industry (preferred)
