
B2B Senior Business Development Manager
Job Description
Drive sales growth for Bolt Business solutions. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you'll reach out to businesses, meet with clients, pitch our B2B services, negotiate deals, and close partnerships.
Bolt Business provides enterprise mobility solutions including corporate accounts, expense management, and fleet services to companies across Europe.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive B2B sales growth and revenue targets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients
- Present and pitch Bolt Business solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client solutions
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- Proven track record in enterprise sales
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Experience with SaaS or mobility solutions (preferred)
- Estonian and English fluency
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
