We are looking for an AML Officer to join our Admin & HQ team at Montonio, an e-commerce checkout platform serving over 8,000 merchants in the Baltics, Finland, and Poland. **Key Responsibilities:** • Perform customer onboarding and AML/CTF risk assessments • Conduct transaction monitoring • Perform PEP and sanctions screening • Develop and improve AML processes • Advise colleagues on AML/CTF matters **Requirements:** • 1-2 years KYC experience (preferably in onboarding) • Knowledge of Lithuanian AML/CTF regulations • Excellent English and Lithuanian language skills • Strong analytical skills • Attention to detail • Ability to work autonomously **Bonus Qualifications:** • Experience with CDD tool automation • Risk assessment parameter knowledge • Fintech or startup experience • Additional language skills (Polish, Latvian, Finnish) **What We Offer:** • Salary: 1,900 - 2,700 EUR gross • Stock options • 6 weeks paid time off • Private health insurance • Flexible working schedule • Office in Vilnius • Opportunities for growth
