Join the Marketing team at Plummy Games to help bring Star Merge to life through 3D visual content creation, working across the entire 3D pipeline. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Build and assemble 3D scenes from concepts and storyboards • Set up lighting and composition for engaging shots • Render and composite scenes in After Effects • Model 3D objects and characters • Use AI tools for 3D model creation • Create basic object animations • Run simulations (dynamics, fluids, particles) • Optimize scenes for efficient rendering REQUIREMENTS: • 3+ years experience in 3D design (gaming, mobile ads, content production) • Experience with Blender and animation/simulation tools • Solid knowledge of Blender and Adobe After Effects • 3D modeling and texturing skills • Deep understanding of composition, lighting, and color • Strong portfolio • English proficiency (B1+ level) NICE-TO-HAVE: • Gamedev industry experience • Unreal Engine or Unity experience • Additional skills in motion, concept, or CG art • Mentorship experience BENEFITS: • Competitive salaries • 20 business days paid vacation • 5 sick days per year • Remote-first work approach
